Our Story
Oasis was created to be more than just a restaurant.
It’s a place to gather, connect and feel at home. A vibrant, welcoming space for families, friends, couples, locals and visitors to come together and settle into the easy rhythm of island life.
It’s where families can relax while the kids enjoy the garden, friends gather over margaritas and shared plates, couples settle in for date night, and afternoons have a habit of turning into evenings.
Our menu is fresh, colourful and full of flavour, drawing inspiration from Mexican, South American and Mediterranean cuisines. Designed for relaxed dining and sharing, it brings together interesting flavours, quality ingredients and, wherever possible, local and seasonal produce.
But Oasis has always been about more than what’s on the plate. It’s the whole experience — good food, great drinks, warm hospitality and a laid-back atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
Whether you’re stopping in after a day at the beach, gathering the family for dinner, meeting friends for drinks or celebrating something special, Oasis is somewhere to unwind, connect and stay a little longer.

The Space
Oasis is designed to feel exactly as its name suggests.
Lush, warm and inviting, with the relaxed energy of island life.
Natural textures, abundant greenery and soft lighting create a space that feels vibrant yet easygoing. Settle into the lounges with a margarita and shared plates, gather around the long tables with family and friends, or find a cosy corner for dinner for two.
Inside flows effortlessly into our open-air garden — a relaxed space where little ones have room to move, parents can genuinely unwind and four-legged family members are welcome too.
As the afternoon drifts into evening, Oasis takes on a life of its own — drinks are poured, tables fill and there’s always a reason to stay a little longer.
Beyond everyday dining, the space can also be transformed for celebrations and private events, from birthdays and weddings to corporate gatherings and long-table dinners.
